JavaScript API

Our Javascript API is our most full-featured API and is what we recommend for most users. It has extra provisions for:

• Automatically tracking identities using a variety of technologies
• Automatically aliasing users anonymous identities with named identities you provide
• Automatically tracking common web events (e.g. search engine traffic)
• A/B Testing

Setup

To use the JavaScript API visit your Site Settings within the KISSmetrics website. You’ll be able to find your unique embed code and instructions there.
